In the world of event planning, there’s nothing quite like the challenge of creating unique and captivating vendor booths at a festival dedicated to all things vegan and sustainable. The Nashville VegFest was no exception. We had the incredible opportunity to design and curate five vendor booths for a corporate client that not only embraced the values of the festival but also sought to enhance their brand presence. Gabby truly is a master of her craft. We contacted her with short notice and a large order to conceptualize and bring to life and event set-up for the 2023 Nashville VegFest Event. Not only did she listen to our needs and wishes, but she exceeded all expectations and helped us to feel at ease on event day. She’s an absolute dream to work with and a rockstar at what she does. Creating realistic design mock ups for our clients
Something that we’ve implemented as part of our planning services for both corporate and wedding clients is the access to realistic design mock ups. This has helped our clients as well as our own team visualize the designs in the space and be on the same page for rentals and overall set up. While the final designs were tweaked slightly, these mock ups were our North Star when it came to guiding our set up plan.
Sustainable Elegance: A Green Oasis
In the age of environmental consciousness, sustainability is key. We started by transforming one of our vendor booths into a lush green oasis, complete TowerGardens. The vibrant combination of sustainable elements and modern elegance instantly drew in passersby. We wanted to make this booth interactive and fun for kids as well so we created a low crafting table where guests could customize their tote bags.
Delightful Vegan Culinary Experience
Veganism is all about the food, and we knew we had to highlight this at one of the vendor booths. We transformed it into a mini vegan bistro, offering mouthwatering plant-based cake pops and a tasting experience with chef Amanda. We had a line of people who wanted to try out these yummy treats and even had a few returning customers!
Education: Sharing about the benefits of supplementing your vegan meals
The 2 outer booths were there to invite guests to learn about the product that will help them live a healthier vegan lifestyle. Volunteers were educating on the different supplements and how it can be incorporated easily into their every day life. Of course, lot’s of free samples and tote bags were given away and these booths were a huge hit!
