Corporate Event at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row

Posted

If you’re planning an event in Nashville, there’s no better place to do it than at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway. This popular restaurant and bar, located in the heart of downtown, was the perfect setting for the Corsearch corporate party we just planned.

The location

First off, let’s talk about the location. Broadway is known as the “Main Street of America” and is the epicenter of Nashville’s entertainment district. It’s lined with honky-tonks, bars, and restaurants, making it the perfect spot for a night out. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is located right in the middle of all the action, so our guests had plenty of options for pre- and post-event entertainment.

The event spaces

Now, let’s talk about the venue itself. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row is a three-story building with plenty of space for your event. The first floor is a restaurant and bar with a stage for live music. The second floor is a private event space with its own bar, restrooms, and balcony overlooking Broadway. The third floor is a rooftop bar with amazing views of the city skyline.

For this corporate event, the 2nd floor was just what we needed. We hired an incredible duo, Kara and the Soulshiners, to perform for the whole evening and we made sure drinks were flowing and food was being passed to guests.

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row offers a menu of southern-inspired cuisine and a wide selection of whiskey and other spirits. They also offer catering options for private events. Whether you want a full meal or just some appetizers, their kitchen can accommodate your needs.

Event planning for corporate events

In terms of event planning, our team at Cause We Can Events handled most of the event elements for the client. From finding the venue to setting up branded banners and checking in guests, we are there from start to finish. Our goal is for our clients and their guests to show up and have fun without the stress of having to deal with event logistics.

Here’s an email we received from the client after this event:

Thank you for organizing the party, Dwayne was so pleased and thought you were brilliant!  I am so pleased it all went so well.

While the venue includes most of everything, we did opt to rent glassware to avoid using plastic. We also brought in a custom bar menu and branded banners. You can expect to spend a minimum of $9000 on food and beverages for a weekday event if you are renting out the 2nd floor.

Overall, hosting an event at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway in Nashville is a surefire way to impress your guests and give them a taste of the city’s vibrant nightlife. With its prime location, spacious venue, and delicious food and drinks, it’s the perfect spot for any occasion.
